No worries! The feeder features a Dual Power Supply system. If the power fails, it automatically switches to the 3xD backup batteries (not included). Even without Wi-Fi, the feeder will continue to execute your pre-set feeding schedule locally.

Yes, it supports both 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi for a more stable connection. Most importantly, there are No Monthly Subscription Fees. You can record videos and receive notifications for free using the included 4GB SD card.

How do I ensure the food stays fresh and the bowl stays clean?

Our Multi-Lock System uses a sealed lid, desiccant, and screw-seal to keep food crunchy and insect-proof. The stainless steel bowl is detachable and dishwasher-safe to prevent feline acne.
