What makes Recessed Door Sensor 7 unique is its installation. While a typical open / close sensor sticks on the face of a door and is permanently visible, Recessed Door Sensor 7 is invisibly installed within a door. To achieve such an invisible installation, a small, 0.75″ needs to be drilled in the top of the door, making Recessed Door Sensor 7 best suited to wooden or hollow doors.

Once Recessed Door Sensor 7 notifies your Z-Wave gateway that a door has been opened or closed, your Z-Wave automation software can execute a huge range of intelligent reactions including;
