Can I expand the system with more cameras?

Yes. The NVR includes 8 built-in PoE ports and can be expanded up to 16 channels with an optional PoE switch, allowing you to add more compatible PoE cameras as needed.

Does this system record audio?

The included cameras do not have built-in microphones. Audio recording is only supported when using compatible PoE cameras with audio capability.

Can this NVR connect to WiFi or wireless cameras?

No. This is a wired PoE system and does not support WiFi or wireless cameras. Each camera must be connected via Ethernet cable.

Can the system work without internet?

Yes. The NVR can record and display live video locally without internet access. An internet connection is only required for remote viewing and receiving app notifications.

Can I use cameras from other brands?

The system is designed to work best with ZOSI PoE cameras. Compatibility with third-party cameras may vary depending on protocol support and specifications.
