How do I turn it on and charge it for the first time?

To turn the display on/off, press and hold both SET​ and UP​ buttons for 3 seconds. If it doesn’t turn on initially, please charge it first. Use a 5V 1A/2A adapter.​ A full charge takes about 4-5 hours.

Not at all. Set the time and alarms once using the clear manual, and you’re done. Daily use is effortless: just grab a tissue, check the time/temp, or clap for the nightlight. The automatic features do the rest.

Will the screen light disturb my sleep at night?

No. It features an Auto-Dim Eye-Comfort Display. It automatically reduces to a very soft, sleep-friendly glow in the dark. The digital display screen also provides only a gentle, low-level illumination for safety without disrupting sleep.
