This 20” x 14” cookie sheet features a raised edge with lip for a secure grip when transporting. Made from hard anodized 15 gauge aluminum, this baking sheet is designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice environments and bakeries. The non-stick finish ensures baked goods won’t stick for the perfect bake, every time. Safe for oven temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). Hand wash recommended. PTFE/PFOA-free.
