Smart Wifi Door, Window, Contact Sensor. Receive Phone Notifications on Phone via Smart Life and Tuya App upon status change when opened or closed. A History Alarm Log is also available to view the time and date of state changes. Works with Alexa and Google Assistant. Sync sensor to work with other Smart Device to turn them on or off (Smart Bulb, Smart Plug, Siren Alarm or Chime). Be creative and install on a cupboard, garage door, mail box, to get notified when it is opened. Ability to customize notifications via Smart Scene to only notify when Sensor is opened (or closed) for more than X mins (user defined) and can set this during certain times only via schedule (between 9pm and 7am, etc). This ensures notifications are only received during certain times and only if door is opened or closed for a specified amount of time (instead of the default, which is a notification each time it is opened or closed). This device does not need a subscription to receive notifications on your phone via the app. There is however the ability to get additional features via a subscription service to receive notifications via a phone call to your phone or via a traditional SMS message. This is the only feature that would require a subscription.

💲 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗: Phone notifications received via APP do not require a paid subscription. There are paid add-on options for notifications to be sent as a traditional SMS message or by receiving a Phone Call to a desired number, but these are not required.
😎 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗣: Our Smart Door Sensors have a special Auto Detection Setup Mode via Bluetooth connection to setup WiFi configuration and connect to router. To link to Alexa or Smartthings, add device to Smartlife / Tuya APP first, then link from Smartlife / Tuya APP settings (Me—>Third Party Services). Device will automatically appear in those platforms after linking.

This is a limitation on Google’s platform / app. The status is displayed in Google Home and can also be obtained by asking Google Assistant for the status.
