If I could give this six stars I would. First the price. Took a chance on a refurbished model which I typically don’t do but I’m so glad a did. This looked brand new. From the minute I plugged it in I was sold. I have pets and wanted a vacuum that could get up all the pet hair. Well that’s what I got! Even from around the baseboard and in the back of the stair treads. The other big plus is I haven’t had to clean the roller brushes at all! No more pet or human hair twisted around them and no more sitting on the floor for cutting all that away! The suction on this vacuum is also great. And it’s super easy to handle. And I love the extra long cord! I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for something powerful, easy to maneuver and easy to clean.

Works much better than a lot of their other vacuums. However, I can’t get over the brush roll cover not coming off. Naturally, the dust a debris fling on to the cover and they’ve provided no way of cleaning it. Otherwise, one of their best vacuums in my opinion within budget. Also, the rollers break regularly unlike some of their older models. If sent over thick carpet the roller will burn out and you have to buy a new one.
