How To Make Tasty Loaf Bread by Pavsrmy 2 Pack Pullman Loaf Pan (one 1lb pan and one 0.5lb pan)?

Ingredients:

Bread flour – 420g (about 3 ⅓ cups), Milk (lukewarm) – 260ml (about 1 cup + 1 tbsp), Sugar – 25g (2 tbsp), Unsalted butter (soft) – 25g (2 tbsp),

Salt – 6g (1 tsp), Instant dry yeast – 5g (1 ½ tsp)

Procedure:

1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Knead the dough by hand for about 10–15 minutes until smooth, or use a stand mixer if you have one.

2. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for about 1–1.5 hours, until doubled in size.

3. Divide the dough: 450g for the big pan, 200g for the small pan, shape into logs or small balls and place into greased pans.

4. Second rise: Let the dough rise in the pans (covered loosely or with lids slightly open) until it’s about 80% full.

5. Bake with lids on: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), Bake small pan: 25–30 minutes, Bake large pan: 30–35 minutes

6. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Tips:

1. Use warm milk, not hot (around 100°F/38°C).

2. Grease the pans and lids well.

3. Don’t overfill—leave space for dough to rise before baking.
