    These are the worse children’s party hats. First they come flat and I had to shape them into the cone shape. Almost every hat ripped as they were being put together so they had to be taped together. Then you have to put the rubber chin strap in each hat but they kept coming out of the holes. I had to tape each one in place. Do not purchase. Go to Walmart and buy the party hats already together. You may have to buy a couple of packs depending on the number of children expected but it’s less work to prepare for a child’s party! Decorations are nice and that’s why I gave this two stars.

    Easy to assemble party hats that work as intended. They are colorful and a good size and quality. Kids are going to take these on and off so the adhesive strength of them were good and nothing broke from normal use. Good value for the money for how many you get too.
