EASY TO APPLY – To apply, place the plastic carpet protector roll on the carpet and unroll. The adhesive is on the outside of the reel, making reverse wind application easy, even for one person. Overlap lengths to ensure full coverage.
EASY TO REMOVE – When you’re finished, deal with any major spills or debris (you don’t want paint to slide off onto your carpet!) then choose a corner and pull. This Kenley carpet protector film uses a special adhesive which keeps it in place then lifts off without damaging the carpet or leaving a residue.
USE FOR 30 DAYS – This Kenley carpet protector film is lightweight and waterproof, making it a durable solution for your project. It can be walked and worked on for up to 30 days, but remember to remove it. The premium material creates a tough, yet smooth and flat surface.
PUNCTURE-RESISTANT AND VERSATILE – Kenley’s plastic carpet protection film is now thicker and tougher than ever before, with a thickness of 70 microns that provides high resistance to tears and punctures. Designed for indoor use only, the film is suitable for both synthetic and natural-fiber carpets, including low pile and high pile, carpet runners, and carpeted stairs.
Limitations: This film is for use on synthetic carpets only. Avoid using it on wool, oriental, worn, or long wool carpets, as well as deep pile Saxony or deep pile polypropylene carpets. Do not apply on carpets with underfloor heating, newly laid carpets (allow up to 72 hours for adhesives to off-gas), or recently cleaned carpets (allow a minimum of 10 days drying time). Additionally, ensure the carpet is completely dry before application, as applying the film to a damp surface may lead to moisture retention and discoloration of fibers.
