Why is the board I installed not straight?

B&C is the top plate, M&N is the bottom plate. If you accidentally install it upside down, the plate will bend.

Yes. Our cells are 9.4″ wide, ensuring you have enough space for your shoes.

Can seat several people?

The stool has a load capacity of 330lb and can accommodate 2-3 adults at the same time.
