very good memory foam pillow, medium firm, fluffy and puffy, it conforms to your back/head
This cooling memory foam pillow is very poofy and is about a medium firm. It's very comfortable to lean back on and prop myself up with. I actually use this as a middle pillow, sandwiched between an extra firm pillow (for the very back pillow that touches the headboard) and a super soft pillow, it's like a My Pillow with shredded foam inside it, which is the one I sleep on directly. The size of this pillow is standard, and it is the same size as my other two pillows. It's thick, it's medium firm, it's fluffiness conforms to your back or head. Overall, for the price, it's a good value, and it makes for a great middle pillow, if you're a 3 pillow user like myself. I've attached a photo of the pillow, before I put it in a couple of white cotton pillow cases (I use 2 pillow cases per pillow, for comfort).

Arrived in a compact package. Took 1 night to flatten back and release majority of the memory foam oder. I am sensitive to smell so I aired it out for another 3 days and washed the cover. It's pretty much good to go after that. I was having shoulder/neck pain from polyester pillow and the fancy kind of memory foam pillow. So far no issue with this one. It's just the right thickness and firmness for me. Can't comment on the cooling effect since I like to use extra cotton pillow cases. But the cover it came with was very cooling to touch.

The pillow was delivered in a compact package. The instructions recommend letting it expand for 24 hours so the memory foam can fully regain its shape, but mine expanded very quickly (maybe a few hours) and was ready to use soon after unpacking. It provides comfortable support whether I sleep on my back or on my side. The firmness is just right for me—not too soft and not too firm. Overall, I am satisfied with this pillow and would recommend it.
