HomeBase Pro supports up to 34 sensors and 16 channels (PoE + wireless). Max 4 PoE connections on-board, expandable to 8 via PoE switch.

How does 4G work on my HomeBase Pro?

The 4G Cellular Backup Service includes 400 MB of free data upon activation of HomeBase Professional S1. After depletion, continued use requires additional data purchases; otherwise, the SIM card will be suspended, disabling Internet access.

Why does HomeBase Pro require an Ethernet connection?

For initial setup, please connect HomeBase Pro to your router using the included Ethernet cable. This helps ensure a more stable and reliable network, which is critical for maintaining uninterrupted protection and dependable alarm performance.

What storage capacity does HomeBase Pro have, and what kind of hard drive can I install?

HomeBase Pro has 32 GB built-in eMMC (6 GB for firmware, 26 GB usable), expandable with a SATA HDD or SSD up to 16 TB. Western Digital or Seagate surveillance drives are recommended. A 2.5″ to 3.5″ adapter (B0D1TRQDZF) is needed for 2.5″ SSDs.

Does HomeBase Pro support HomeKit?

No, HomeKit is not supported.
