How To Care For Cast Iron Pot

Removing Rust From Cast Iron Dutch Oven

1. Mix baking soda and water into a paste, apply it to the rusted area and let it sit for a while.

2. Use a wire brush to remove any rust, then rinse with clean water.

3. Dry the water thoroughly over medium heat and apply a thin layer of oil on the surface of the pot.
