Excellent upgrade from can lights. You get the full benefit of the brightness from these pucks without losing any light to the inside of your ceiling. Love Feit’s WiFi connectivity, the ability to dim the lights and change colors. Installation was easy, and I did use some goof rings because the old can holes were slightly larger than 6” and severely pocked. Instantly was able to see more of my Kitchen after replacing just one light. Highly recommend. Picture of old can vs new puck with goof rings.

    Easy to install, the way you insert the romex into the box then use the clips is great. No need for wire nuts. Switch off 5GHZ network, use the second method to pair. (Where the light blinks slowly every three seconds “AP mode”) much easier!

    Two months in and this light comes on randomly at all times. SUPER annoying. I’ve pulled it out. Seems when it loses wifi or switches to a different mesh router it comes on… ugh. Also the default after a power outage is to come on…! Ugh.

    Lights are nice that you can control with the app, but the issue I have had is when the lights get shut off with the light switch. When this happens, sometimes 1 or a few lights will not work any longer, they show off line. I have followed the recommended reset procedure multiple times without success. Every once in a while, the light will reconnect but I have had to replace multiple lights due to this issues. I will be switching to a different brand due to this issue. The choice of different colors is nice and you can program when you want them on or off and what color. Easy to install.
