INTRODUCTION

The device is a single door multifunction standalone access controller or a Wiegand output reader. It uses Atmel MCU assuring stable performance.The operation is very user-friendly, and low-power circuit makes it long service life.

The device supports 1,000 users (988 common users + 2 panic users+ 10 visitor users), all user data can be transferred from one to another.It supports multi access modes in card access, PIN access, card + PIN access, or multi cards/PINs access. It has extra features including block enrollment, interlock, Wiegand input & output interface…etc.

IP66 Waterproof

This product has IP66 waterproof and dustproof capabilities, where the first digit “6” represents complete dustproof, which can completely prevent dust from entering; The second digit “6” stands for strong water spray resistance, which can resist rainstorm, high-pressure water gun washing and other strong water jet, without water entering the interior. The product adopts a fully sealed shell, waterproof joint, hydrophobic coating and drainage structure design, and is suitable for outdoor or high humidity environments such as community gates, parking lots, construction sites, food factories, etc. Attention should be paid not to immerse in water for a long time. During installation, ensure that the interface is waterproofed and regularly check the sealing strip.

Equip a management card

This access control machine supports card management operations and can quickly manage users without entering the backend settings. By configuring two dedicated management cards for adding and deleting cards: swipe “Add Card” and then swipe any new card to add it as a valid user card, enabling card swiping and door opening;

After swiping ‘delete card’, swipe the authorized user card again to quickly delete the card’s permissions and prevent it from opening the door. The entire operation does not require entering the menu settings, greatly reducing the maintenance threshold and suitable for non-technical personnel such as property management and security to quickly manage access control permissions on site.

Supports Wi-Fi direct connection without the need for an additional gateway

After connecting to the mobile network, the Graffiti Smart App can be accessed for remote management worldwide

Remote unlocking: Click to open the door on the app, making it convenient for visitors or couriers to enter without the need for personal presence.Remote user addition: Add door opening permissions (such as binding IC cards) for family members, colleagues, or temporary personnel without the need to be close to the device.Remote deletion of users: instantly remove the permissions of departing employees or expired visitors to ensure security.Generate temporary password: You can set an expiration date or a one-time valid password, share it with temporary visitors, and it will automatically become invalid after expiration.

All operations are completed through the mobile app, without the need to enter the on-site settings, greatly improving the convenience and flexibility of access control management.

Access control keyboard

The access control machine is equipped with a touch sensitive numeric keypad, with key layouts including 1 to 9, *, and #, and supports password input and function operation.

Users can directly enter the door opening password on the keyboard, or combine it with the management password for system settings, such as adding or deleting users, changing passwords, etc.

*The # and # keys are typically used to enter settings mode or as shortcut keys for functions. The device is equipped with LED indicator lights for real-time display of the working status of the access control machine, such as power on, successful card swiping, password verification passed, door lock opening, incorrect operation or abnormal alarm, etc., making it easy for users to quickly determine the current status.

The keyboard area is separated from the card swiping area and fingerprint sensor (only available on HF3 WiFi), making it easy to operate.
