Is this wok really non-stick? Why did my food stick?
This uncoated wok needs proper seasoning to become non-stick. Just remember: ‘Hot Wok, Cold Oil’. Preheat fully before adding oil and food. If it sticks, simply season it again!
Will this pan rust? How do I care for it?
Because it has no chemical coatings, it can rust if left wet. NEVER put it in the dishwasher. Hand wash only with warm water, dry it immediately on the stovetop over low heat, and wipe a thin layer of cooking oil over the surface before storing.
Can I use this on an electric or induction stove?
Yes! Unlike traditional round-bottom woks, our flat-bottom design sits perfectly stable on all heat sources, including induction, electric, ceramic, and gas stovetops.
