DIRECT LEVER MANUAL ESPRESSO MACHINE – The Flair 49 PRO is an all manual, lever espresso machine, meaning that you are in control of your espresso extraction. All the force you put onto the lever is directly translated into your coffee making it easy to brew espresso to your exact tastes.
49MM PORTAFILTER SYSTEM – A 49mm portafilter system is deeper and more narrow that a traditional 58mm system, meaning that dial-in is more forgiving with larger grind sizes, and your espresso can have a more full body and mouthfeel, due to the increased contact time when brewing.
NO PLASTICS IN THE BREW PATH – The 49 PRO has been designed with a stainless steel cylinder, valve plunger and stem, meaning that no plastic touches your brew water when making espresso. Brew pure espresso, from kettle to cup.
PRESSURE GAUGE FOR 9BAR BREWING – Every Flair 49 PRO features an integrated pressure gauge with a custom “Espresso” zone between 5-9BAR, exactly that needed for brewing cafe-quality espresso at home. Choose any pressure and flow profile you want, you’re in full control.
