Intuitive Dial Controls: Press and hold the adjustable dial until “Unit” displays, then turn the dial to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius and click to lock. Adjust the temperature without affecting the set timer.
The Bells and Whistles: Our sous vide features manual calibration, a negative timer to show duration beyond the set time, and a removable, dishwasher-safe stainless steel cover. It operates within a broad temperature range of 68°F to 203°F.
Lock It In: Use the adjustable Easy Connect Clip to attach the Sous Vide Cooker to a pot or container at least 5″ deep for comfortable clearance and even water circulation (4.25″ minimum). Set and view the temperature and timer on the large, bright LED display. Note: Sous vide kit containers not included.
