    The capacity of the water resivoir is enough for 3 or so 12 oz brewings. However this brewer is only able to brew 1 serving up to 12 oz at a time. It is K-Cup only there is no full size caraf or brew option for a pot. It brews quite fast so it allows for brewing 3 servings in a good amount of time. But, need to allow the time for changing K-cup or the filter if using a refillable ones you fill yourself. I really enjoy this for ease of use and having a fresh cup of gret tasting coffee every time. When using the refillable K-Cups you can manage the strength and type of coffee you use. The machine is Narrow so it is great for use if you have limited counter space.

    All photos were rejected. Could not get through the gauntlet of questions and documentation to get a replacement.
    When this one breaks, and it will with in one year. I will look for another manufacture.
    This is my 3rd unit. Never get a year out of a machine. When it works, it is great. Size is perfect. Wished it lasted longer and warranty was not impossible to use.

    My Keurig Coffee Maker K-Supreme has stopped working!

    Unit was purchased in November 2024 and stopped working yesterday nearly 4 months to the day it was purchased. This Keurig maker suffered from no issues during the duration of its short life. It made great tasting, hot coffee from any of the K-cups that we used. It was very easy and simple to use and clean, and we very much enjoyed this purchase.

    Yesterday, the coffee maker was set to make a 10-ounce cup, and instead it only produced about half that much. The coffee that it made was too strong and not as good tasting. I tested it again with another K-cup and it also produced only half of 10 ounces. I tried to see if it would dispense at least 10 ounces of hot water, and it dispensed me less and less hot water each time. Finally, I unplugged the machine and I tried making another cup a few hours later, but the Keurig coffee maker would not turn on and showed no signs of power (power light) despite being plugged to the wall.

    During its time in my home, this unit was not mistreated in any way. We used it to make 2-4 cups of coffee a day, so for being in our home about 120 days, we made between 240 cups and 480 cups of coffee before the unit stopped working so suddenly. This to me is a short lifespan for a coffee maker, as our previous coffee maker from Keurig lasted from 2016 to 2024. This unit was purchased as a replacement for that previous Keurig – instead of 8 years it lasted only 4 months.

    This Keurig Coffee maker has shaken my faith in using Keurig in the future. It stopped without warning just as many of the 1-star reviews said it would. I did not heed those warnings; now I join those people ripped off by Keurig & Amazon.

    This machine makes me enjoy drinking coffee again. I quit hot coffee several years ago but still liked the occasional iced coffee. When the coffee shops kept screwing up my order and began putting out horrible tasting stuff, I kinda gave up on coffee and switched to energy drinks. With this machine, I'm finally able to enjoy drinking coffee again. So many ways to customize your cup and it even provides the ability to make iced coffee. You can select from many different brands and flavors; which allows for experimentation; and each cup will cost way less than what you would pay at a coffee shop. It's fast and easy to use. There's no longer any reason to pay big money for good coffee from restaurants and coffee shops.

    After about 12 uses, I've had to return the unit. It quit working this morning. It made the usual noises like it was going to brew, but then shut itself off. I was unable to get it to turn back on as all the controls were dead. No lights, nothing. The back and rear top of the unit was hot to the touch. I'm deducting 1 star for this simply because I think I just had a faulty unit. I've returned it to Amazon and repurchased because I really like the amazing coffee it makes. I'll see how the replacement unit works out and post again. Hopefully this was just a defective unit and my replacement functions properly for the long term.

    Motor burned out after 18 months

    I ignored all the 1 star reviews that mentioned how to motor would burn out after a couple a months. Well it happened to me this morning.

    After 1 year and a half, while making my morning coffee the coffee sprayed everywhere, the keurig started getting very hot and smelled awful. I unplugged it right away and now it will simply not turn on.

    Pretty convenient that Keurig's warranty is good only for a year, and the majority of devices stop working a couple of months after that.

    I've been a Keurig customer for more than 10 years, but I'm now not so sure I want to buy another.

    So far, so good. Great price. The last 3 Keurig products I purchased were also good in the beginning but would quit working after performing maintenance procedures. Internal thermostat would fail and machine would recover a couple of times and then quit all together. Purchased them through Costco so I returned them. Each of them lasted about 1 year. My first machine is still going as far as I know. Received it as a gift back in 2016 and upgraded to a quieter version with a larger reservoir. I regretted that many times. Since I still have a number of coffee pods left and like the convenience of the coffee maker style I decided to give Keurig one more try. The price was right and I did purchase the optional warranty. Hopefully this machine will work longer than the last 3. If not I will be purchasing a Nespresso machine.
