Will there be a monthly cloud storage fee for recorded videos?
No monthly cloud storage fee will be charged. Each device is equipped with a 32GB memory card for local video storage, which can store about one year’s videos. The memory card storage space will automatically loop.

Does this system work once there is no wifi and power failure?
Yes, it can still work without WiFi and power failure. They are powered by battery. Doorbell camera can work 45-60 days, monitor can work about 6-8 hours. But you can not control it on your smartphone without WiFi.
[Wireless design, easy installation] No need to connect any wires after unpacking. This system adopts private protocol transmission as its own signal, and can work with or without WiFi. It has better penetration performance, which can penetrate about 2 walls(EXCEPT LOAD-BEARING WALLS). The actual signal performance depends on the usage environment. DO NOT install the doorbell camera on a metal door, as metal is the strongest interference to wireless signals.
