Our mop bucket is specifically designed to separate the “CLEAN” and “DRY” functions! You can select one side to use according to the instructions marked on the mop bucket.

The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?

First, fill water into the WASH chamber up to the middle of the 7-layer blade, then wet the mop! A dry mop is certainly hard to insert into the chamber. This is normal during the first few uses – please push down with some strength at the beginning.

What should I do if any accessories (such as the handle, bucket, pads) are missing or damaged?

The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn’t work?

The three tab-slots must align and lock into place to ensure the mop pad is firmly attached to the mop head. (Additionally, detailed steps for attaching the mop pad can also be found on our product detail page.)
